The Competition Jury brings together accomplished professionals with significant experience, achievements and expertise across the fields represented by the Association.
Judges are appointed according to their professional background and the Award Categories they are qualified to evaluate.
Each Judge serves in an individual professional capacity and contributes their own expertise and independent judgment to the evaluation of Competition entries.
Competition entries are evaluated by qualified Judges with expertise relevant to the applicable Award Category.
Each Award Category is evaluated by at least three Judges.
Judges personally review the applications assigned to them and provide separate evaluations and scores based on the established Competition criteria.
The final results are calculated from the documented scores submitted by the Judges in accordance with the Competition Regulations.

The Association reviews the qualifications and relevant experience of prospective Judges before appointment.
Judges are assigned to Award Categories according to their areas of expertise.
Judges conduct their evaluations independently and impartially.
Each Judge evaluates Competition entries according to the established criteria, submitted evidence and their own professional expertise.
Judges are required to disclose any relevant conflict of interest concerning an applicant or entry assigned to them.
Where a conflict affects the Judge’s ability to provide an independent evaluation, the application is assigned to another qualified Judge.
The Association welcomes applications from accomplished professionals interested in serving as Competition Judges.
Prospective Judges should have substantial experience, significant achievements and recognised expertise relevant to one or more Award Categories.
Applicants are asked to provide information about their professional background, current position, principal achievements, areas of expertise and relevant judging or expert experience.
Applications are reviewed by the Association, and selected Judges may be invited to participate in a Competition cycle according to their expertise and the requirements of the relevant Award Categories.
Competition Judges conduct their evaluations in accordance with the Rules of the Competition Jury and the Competition Regulations applicable to each Competition cycle.
The Rules establish the requirements for Judge qualification, appointment, independent evaluation, conflicts of interest, scoring, confidentiality and documentation of judging activity.
The Judge Portal provides appointed Judges with access to Competition materials and assigned applications.
Judges can review their assigned entries, complete evaluations and submit scores for the relevant Competition cycle.
